Do you feel like your own worst enemy, tearing yourself down with negative self-talk? This is where I come in. Working together as your guide, I help you learn the skills, insights and strategies so that when future situations arrive, you will learn to trust yourself to confront challenges mindfully and compassionately.

Throughout each session, we will create concrete goals based on what brought you to therapy and on the insights we discover in sessions together.

Although we will have actionable goals for you to achieve, I will always be flexible in meeting you where you are.
I approach the practice of therapy as a mutual relationship, one that is based on integrity and trust. I conduct each session with a calm, empathetic and attuned presence. My goal is to provide a safe container for you to fully experience all parts of yourself and to foster your personal growth.
